The MIDIAR adhesive system or dent removal tool/pulling hammer with cold glue Colafria 150g and 6 screw-on adapters (now also included for hot glue) for removing dents with and without painting as a dent tool.

The pull hammer or slide hammer with cold adhesive Cola Fria is suitable for removing large and small dents such as those caused by hail damage, parking collisions, vandalism or transport damage.

The pull hammer with cold glue is intended for professional use by people involved in car repair. The area of ​​application is mainly for car sheet metal; for SUVs or motorhomes, a large pulling hammer is suitable due to the thicker sheet metal, as this can generate more impact force.

Application principle:
When used for the first time, cold glue is applied to the previously degreased adapters (e.g. with silicone remover, spirit or brake cleaner) .

The application temperature should be between 18 and 25 C. At low temperatures, you can use a hairdryer to heat the surface to be treated or the cold glue; you can also knead it until it becomes soft and sticks properly to your hands.

It is recommended to heat the degreased adapter with a hair dryer before applying the cold glue to the adapter so that the glue sticks better after cooling.

How is the Cola Fria adhesive system used?

The pull hammer or slide hammer is ideally used in combination with other dent removal tools.

Before use, the surface to be treated should be degreased (e.g. with silicone remover, spirit or brake cleaner), clean and dry.

A silicone remover for cleaning or degreasing is included (as an addition, while stocks last).

Then stick the adapter to the dent with cold glue and use pressure and lateral movements to achieve better adhesion. If you let the cold glue rest on the surface for approx. 1 - 2 minutes, it will stick even better.

It is recommended not to pull the pulling hammer to build up the tension, but rather to strike directly with the movable weight part of the pulling hammer.

When working with cold glue, it is recommended to remove the rubber cushioning part that is installed above the striking part in order to be able to hit more sharply.
Since this is a universal hammer (also for working with hot glue), we deliver it with this built-in damping part.

When the dent repair is finished and the adhesive is still stuck to the sheet metal, remove it by grabbing it close to the sheet metal and then slowly peeling it off.

Simply pick off the remaining mass with the cold glue.

If the dent has not been completely removed, remove the rest of the dent with another pressing tool, such as a straightening hook or hot glue system, or another dent removal tool in combination to get a quicker result.

The adhesive system is mainly used for larger parking dents, but it can also be used for small soft dents, including hail damage.

The cold glue system is not designed for use on damage to edges or struts, in such places you can try hot glue. However, when using hot glue, the paint can tear off and then need to be repainted.

Compared to the hot glue system, the cold glue is much softer, covers a larger area and is more elastic, so that the paint does not tear off. This also means that the edges of the dent are better pulled back into their original shape.
