The PaintCheck plus FN from Phynix is a versatile paint thickness gauge for precise, non-destructive measurements on iron/steel and non-ferrous metals such as aluminum. It uses magnetic and eddy current methods (DIN EN ISO 2178 and 2360) and offers high measurement accuracy and ease of use. The device is ideal for car dealerships, painting companies, and appraisers. It features an integrated probe, automatic material recognition, and an alphanumeric display. With a measurement range of up to 3,000 µm and factory calibration, it is ready for immediate use.
