The MaksMaster LED light is one of the special lights and is designed for local illumination of the damaged area on body parts during repair and restoration work using “Painless Dent Repair” technology. It is used in specialized body shops, automotive workshops, centers for the training and development of “Painless Dent Removal” technicians, as well as in mobile body repair services.
The lamp is not intended for use in residential areas, for lighting living rooms and offices, workplaces, or for plant and animal care.
The body of the lamp is made of durable plastic, with stiffeners and ventilation holes. A C-shaped rubber profile is glued along the perimeter of the case, which protects the product from mechanical damage and prevents damage to the car paint upon contact with the product. Inside the case there is an LED strip, elements of the power system and electronic control.
On the back of the housing there is a key switch for switching the lamp on and off, as well as a removable universal plate with a ball joint and a crimp closure for attaching the lamp to a light stand.
The diffuser is made of lightweight, impact-resistant plastic with a matt, anti-reflective surface and high light transmission. There are also control buttons and decorative elements on the diffuser.
The lamp is powered by a non-removable spiral cable with a length of 1.3 meters. The end of the cable has a round connector with alligator clips to connect the lamp to the battery.
Telescopic tripod "Soffit", model ST * -2, is used for mounting and moving the lamp. The stand is made of high-strength profile steel tube 30*30*1.2 mm. painted with powder paint and a rustproof profile tube 25 * 25 * 1.2 mm. The inclined arm consists of an aluminum tube d = 19 mm, which is attached to the main post with a stainless steel swivel clamp. The design of the main frame is attached to a trapezoidal base, which has a compartment for installing the battery, retractable adjustable legs and four support wheels d = 75 mm. with brake.
