The PaintCheck plus FN from Phynix is ​​a versatile paint thickness gauge for precise, non-destructive measurements on iron/steel and non-ferrous metals such as aluminum. It uses the magnetic and eddy current method (DIN EN ISO 2178 and 2360) and offers high measurement accuracy and easy handling. The device is ideal for car dealerships, paint shops and appraisers. It has an integrated probe, automatic material recognition and an alphanumeric display. With a measuring range of up to 3,000 µm and factory calibration, it is ready for use straight away.
